Designer 12 gives you the ability to quickly and easily created detailed site plans for any landscape design job.

The process is simple:
• 1. Begin by importing an existing Base plan or plat survey. The Site-Plan DESIGNER is also compatible with .dxf and .dwg files. If you do not have access to preexisting plan, use of our extensive drawing tools to illustrate major features such as buildings, beds, grass, groundcovers and mulch. Not only is it faster to draw using these tools than doing so by hand, but it also eliminates the need to manually calculate scale and measurements.
• 2. Next, you will take advantage of our huge symbol library to click and drag objects - such as plants, flowers, trees, walls, pavers and much, much more - onto your plan. Designer 12 will automatically label these objects with your customized properties such as name, price and measurements. This labeling feature alone will save you 30 minutes per site plan.
• 3. Lastly, use our advanced effects tools - such as shadows and gradients - to give your plan that "hand-drawn" touch.
• 4. Finish the process by presenting the crisp, clean and professional plan to your customer and set the date to begin work.

Automatically Measure Area, Volume and Perimeter of Objects
We have eliminated the need for you to manually calculate the area, volume and/or perimeter of objects. Instead, simply click on any object in your site plan and the software will automatically provide these measurements for you

Clearly Label Your Landscape Plan
Whether you are providing your site plan to your customers or to your employees, it must be clearly labeled so that the person can easily make sense of it. With our "Call-out" tool you each and every object in the site plan can be labeled with properties such as name, price, description and notes. This tool will eliminate the possibility of miscommunication.

Create an Estimate While You Design
Our landscape software eliminates double-entry of information by enabling you to build estimates at the same time as you are creating your design. For each object in your symbol library, you can assign properties such as name, price and unit of measurement. Every time you add a symbol to your site plan, the properties are automatically listed in your estimate. Once the site plan is complete, simply send your list to the EZ Estimator and click "Print."

Don't create work for yourself. Some online landscape design programs require you to create your site plan and then reenter all of the information into an estimate. This takes up valuable time and energy.

Gone are the days of having to manually draw, scale and measure hundreds of straight lines in order to create your site plans. Our Site Plan Designer completely takes the thinking and the manual labor out of this process.

Simply click on starting point of a line segment, drag your cursor to the next point and stop once the digital ruler shows you have gone the appropriate distance. Now, let go of your mouse button and watch as the line is completed, scaled and measures with no work on your part...so easy!

Our program makes it very easy to join the ends of various line segments. This means that you can easily draw polygons and measure their perimeter, area and volume. Not all programs, however, offer the same functionality. Using such programs makes it tedious to draw polygons and impossible to measure them.

Quickly, Easily Draw & Measure Curved Lines
In addition to making it quick and easy to work with straight lines, our Site Plan Designer also extends this functionality to curved lines. This means that odd-shaped objects such as beds can be easily drawn and measured using our Curved Line tool.
