RETURNS/30 DAY GUARANTEE*

Visual Impact Imaging is committed to your satisfaction.  Qualified products may be returned within thirty(30) days.  A restocking fee may apply.

• Horticipia-cannot be returned if license is activated.
• GPS Mobile Mapper CE
• Printers and Wacom Art Tablets- if the packaging is damaged or open, product cannot be returned or exchanged.  Please contact the manufacturer directly if warranty applies.

Merchandise can be returned only if it is in original manufacturer’s packaging, same condition as sold.

Visual Impact Imaging is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping to our warehouse.

SALES TAX

No sales tax will be applied to orders shipped out of Ohio.

A local tax will be calculated on the total of your order when shipped within Ohio.

SHIPPING RATES:

All shipping rates are calculated in the shopping cart based on items in the cart and shipping destination.  Parcels are shipped Fed Ex Ground unless an upgrade shipping method is requested.

METHODS OF PAYMENT:

Visual Impact Imaging accepts all major credit cards including Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express.  Purchase orders are accepted, subject to verification and approval by our Credit Department.  Money orders should be made out in U.S. dollars.

Checks returned for insufficient funds may be collected electronically, including a fee.

TRAINING:

Scheduled training dates and times must be secured by a major credit card.  A training session cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will result in an automatic charge to the credit card for the full amount due.
